SmartLive Studio v2

Phones publish to MediaMTX. The control room reads each camera with WebRTC/WHEP. Selecting a camera changes Program. GO LIVE starts a server-side FFmpeg output to YouTube.

For the first test, publish Camera 1 from the phone and confirm its tile is LIVE before starting YouTube.
